Science of Food and Cooking

Personal Learning Goals:

-I want to learn how different ingredients effect different foods -- scientifically and functionally (ex: salt makes turkey breast crispy)
- I want to develop good cooking procedure in terms of sanitation, safety, and quality from preparation to clean up
- I want to learn why different foods complement each other
- I want to get some good experience to help me with cooking in the future


Yeah... Iron Chef here I come

  2. Hi Pat! I share some of the same goals you have put here and I can't wait to follow your progress. I really like your sanitation goal. As college kids, I think most of us neglect the cleanliness part of a kitchen. Looking forward to see what comes next!
